The Big Guy is an absolute beast and our 50kg max bag.

70cm long x 25cm diameter.

Recommended filling is play sand or beach sand.

Crafted out of 1050D HEAVY duty nylon, you’ll break before this bag does.

7 HEAVY duty, round handles to offer you multiple grips and movement possibilities.

The round, solid handles give you a REAL grip practice while you Lift Heavy.

None of the soft, fabric handles here, baby.

Double-stitched, reinforced seams

Heavy-duty YKK zipper and reinforced Velcro flap closure.

Included with The Big Guy are 2 leak proof filling bags to hold your filler.

We like beach sand or play sand for maximum density and weight. You can use dried rice, dried beans, dried corn, things like that, but weights will vary depending on the type of filler you choose.

Having 2 filler bags means you are able to split the weight and easily adjust the weight of the bag to vary up your workout.

Recommended split is 30/ 20kg but other splits work well too.

That, or buy more bags.

This bag is good heavier lifts like deadlifts or squats but real savages could use this for overhead lifts too!

Sandbags are a very odd tool to train with because the way the sand constantly shifts is a serious challenge for your core and stabiliser muscles.

50kg of sand is way heavier than 50kgs of iron.
